Shipping and size change costs are FREE

National delivery

Our national deliveries are made with the DHL courier. Delivery takes 2 working days, 5/6 working days for areas with more difficult access; Once the order has been sent, you will receive an e-mail from the Courier.

International delivery

Our international deliveries are made by the courier DHL Express. Expected shipping and delivery times vary from country to country. We aim to deliver all orders worldwide within 3-4 business days.

We are unable to provide the import tax and duty of specific destination country. The payment of these import taxes is the sole responsibility of the Customer. GIRELLIBRUNI.COM does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. According to the international laws governing the trade of imports and exports, orders from GIRELLIBRUNI.COM are shipped outside the EU with an official invoice stating the exact total amount of goods purchased in euros.

The duty is paid only for orders shipped to Brazil.

Due to some restrictions GIRELLIBRUNI.COM is currently unable to offer shipments to AZERBAIJAN.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days from delivery to exchange and 5 days to return it. At the end of these deadlines, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund, but only an exchange within the next 21 days.

We will be happy to accept returns of items as long as they are in their original condition, with tags. Returned items must not be washed, worn or altered. They must also reach us in the original packaging.

The item will be exchanged or a refund will be made within a maximum of 30 days upon receipt of the returned product.

In the following cases, we can only guarantee partial refunds:
The item is not in its original condition; Parts damaged or missing not due to our error.
The item is returned more than 5 days after its delivery

Sale items

Only full priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items on sale cannot be refunded.
